Once you contact SOLARCHY we will work in 2 phases, with a 3rd optional phase :
We will first send you 2 documents:
Upon receipt of these 2 documents, we will study them carefully, and may revert to you with some additional questions. We will remain available by phone, email or video call to assist you in the process.
Based on the findings from the Solar Audit, we will design an off-grid solar system specifically based on your own needs. This solar system is exactly what you need to benefit for years from electricity YOU will have produced from the sun at your home or at your business. This design will list in detail all the components required. You will receive a bill of quantities and a single line drawing: with these in hands, it will be easy for you to ask whichever supplier for a costing of the appropriate material.
You will receive a quotation from one of our partners for this particular bill of quantities, delivered as close as possible to your address. This is only to give you a reference for the relevant cost. You will receive a list of at least 2 suppliers in your region (or as close as possible) who can supply these exact materials and quantities. This will allow you to get a competing quotation from these suppliers, and you can ultimately choose your own supplier, or our partner initially recommended. You are absolutely under no obligation to deal with our partner, just consider it as an option.

The cost for these 2 phases is only 3% of the estimate supplied.
Solarchy can even go further in assisting you for your solar project. But this is optional, only if YOU wish!
01. Instruction manual for installation and day to day operation: we will write and send you a full, complete and detailed instruction manual covering, with sketches, pictures and links to videos:
02. Video assistance: 3 hours of online video calls are included in this Phase, to answer in real time to questions you, your installer or your electrician may have, BEFORE doing a mistake and during commissioning of your solar system.
Cost of the Optional Phase 3 “serenity package”: 4 % of the final estimate.
